eKuber provided acquisition support and program management for various contract actions like Human Capital Planning & Implementation Support, Project Funding Support, CPIC Support, OMB Exhibit 300s Support, Cost Accounting Support and Requirement Analysis Support including creating requirements, users stories, acceptance criteria documents etc.  We utilized Program Management and Business Analysts to support the Trademarks Business Unit in developing their Agile User Stories (requirements), meeting with technical experts and translating their needs appropriately and facilitating the Trademarks NextGen initiative. Our support involved key skills sets from the PMBOK as well as from the Agile Manifesto, employing the latest in agile thought leadership methodologies like the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Our team is scrum certified (CSM) and PMI certified (PMP).

The Organizational Change Management Team provided high-level strategic communications, training, and organizational change management planning and consulting for USPTO as they deployed their IT projects. eKuber provided support on planning documents such as the Document and Application Viewer (DAV) Training Plan, Transition plan, and Communications Activity Plan. eKuber also spearheaded the effort to reorganize tactical communications activities by further developing the Communications Matrix tool, which tracks all communications activities and deliverables for the Patents End-to-End (PE2E) initiatives. This project grew from taking unsolicited initiative to create a working example of the new tool, to creating a full SharePoint site that was demoed to the Office of Patent Information Management (OPIM) leadership. eKuber also re-organized, scheduled, and assigned communications activities for the DAV initiative. Based on the DAV project, eKuber outlined strategic communications suggestions and lessons learned to inform communications plans for the next project, the EST initiative, going forward.
