Our PMO ensures quality management practices are implemented in project delivery processes. Our technical specialists and team leads continually monitor the performance against the Acceptance Criteria, conduct periodic internal quality control audits, identify the root causes of variances and work with the concerned TO team members to resolve issues and proactively improve performance without compromising quality. We will apply the best practices such as Methodology, Correlation of process to outcome and frequency of measurement to make sure that the deliverables measure up to the acceptance criteria.
